How users look for information on the portal

The majority of users use a combination of searching and browsing to locate information in the portal. There were no notable differences between the different language versions. This indicates that equal efforts should go into improving the search engine as well as further options to immediately click in the search results, and improving the usability of the Commodity, Issue, Geography and Information Type topic pages. These survey findings are also consistent with usability tests of the portal.
